Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy - Effective Change for Good

              What is Hypnosis?
Hypnosis is a simple drug free holistic method of achieving dramatic positive change in the shortest time possible. But Is it possible to change a lifelong attitude of negativity, illness and failure into one of success, healing and happiness?

The answer, of course, is a resounding yes and the solution lies in our innate ability to access and communicate with the 'unconscious' mind or 'right brain'. This part of the mind includes everything from our ability to breathe unconsciously and continually throughout a lifetime, to the vivid meaningful symbols generated in dreams. This part of the brain, when accessed can make change as effortless and permanent as a good habit developed over the course of months or years.

              What is Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy is a goal oriented medically proven psychotherapeutic method which examines, analyzes and restructures problematic behaviours and thought patterns. The IHA (Irish Hypnosis Academy) is leading the way in developing innovative ways to combine modern, empirically proven methods to help ordinary people achieve extraordinary change in their lives. Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy combines the highly effective strategies of CBT with the latest techniques in modern Hypnotherapy.

              Your Therapist
Liam Byrne comes from a long background in the field of holistic therapy and yoga. Trance work, meditation and deep relaxation techniques come naturally to him and form an integral part of his practice. He belongs to a new generation of hypnotherapists who have left behind the traditional use of scripts read by rote or questionable techniques borrowed from stage hypnosis. Trained by Susan Wallace of the Irish Hypnosis Academy, he believes that the most effective change occurs when there is trust, empathy and rapport between therapist and client.
