Class: PIlates Matwork mixed beginners Who: Anyone new to Pilates, returning after a break or experienced to intermediate level. Anyone recovering from back injury or suffering from neck or back pain (please call in advance to discuss suitability). Anyone referred to classes by GP, Physio, Chiropractor or Osteopath. Anyone wishing to improve core strength, improve posture, tone up muscles around the mid-section, hips and thighs. All ages of adults and teenagers with parental supervision and/or permission. Time: 11.30am to 12.30pm Venue: Ananta Yoga Studio, N11, over Romany Stone / The Tap Tuesday Class: Hatha Yoga mixed beginners to intermediate Time: 6.45pm to 7.45pm Who: Anyone with an interest in yoga or meditation, or seeking to improve flexibility, strength and balance, prevent sports injury, prevent or alleviate the effects of stress. No experience required. Suitable for anyone new to Yoga, returning after a break or experienced to intermediate level. All ages of adults and teenagers with parental supervision and/or permission. Some experience and or reasonable level of fitness required. Suitable for those new to Yoga with a good level of fitness, returning to Ashtanga / Vinyasa Yoga after a break or experienced to intermediate level.
