NOVEMBER DISCOUNTS!

It's a two fisted duo of discounts this month at Therapy and Yoga.

1. Discounted Drop-in Yoga & Pilates For the month of November only drop-in rate for Yoga and Pilates classes will be Eur 10 only, instead of Eur 15. You still have the option to pay in advance if you prefer at a total amount of Eur 10 per class

2. Discounted Therapy Orthopaedic Sports Massage and Neuromuscular Physical Therapy - I'm studying both at the moment. If you are suffering from a sports injury or chronic pain, if you are a member of a sports team or looking for someone to do discounted pre / post event massage then contact me. I'm a fully qualified acupunturist and tuina massage therapist, practicing since 2008 so you will be in good hands. For a limited time only I will be offering sports massage an physical therapy assessments for only Eur 20 per treatment.
